I joined Issi’s Friday Yoga Class about four years ago, soon after I retired from work. I immediately discovered a friendly and informal group of people of all ages where Issi led us through stretches and poses which were achievable by someone not particularly fit, who did little exercise and had sat at a desk for forty years (ie me!). Since then, I have attended regularly, which is easy because it’s enjoyable and booking is not necessary. I am not troubled by any aches or pains after working around the house and garden, eg painting a ceiling or digging a veggie bed. I feel well, and looked after by Issi I hope to remain so for a long time to come. Thanks Issi!

I have taken part in many of Issi's classes and can honestly say that I have never enjoyed myself as much, while exercising, as I do with her.

Issi’s classes are always fun and welcoming. You can join in no matter what your level of fitness or ability as Issi will make sure you get the most out of every class with her friendly encouragement, professional advice and a range of exercises that make everything inclusive for all. I never had the willpower to stick with a gym, but I always look forward to exercising with Issi!
