A MORE GENTLE APPROACH TO EXERCISE INCLUDING CHAIR EXERCISES
Exercise is important for good health at any age, and seniors are no exception. Keep Fit Together is a gentle physical class suitable for all ages and abilities. A low impact exercise routine can benefit your health by stretching and stengthening your muscles, reducing stress, preventing injury and even helping lower your blood pressure.
You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere where I am specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programmes.
Keep Fit Together is open to everyone and includes:
- warm up, cool down and stretching
- aerobic and resistance training
- balance, coordination and flexibility
