A one hour class put together with a great playlist which changes every six weeks. Power Hour incorporates strength, cardiovascular and core to give you a complete all over body workout working your entire body.

Total body workouts are perfect for hitting all your major muscle groups in one workout and great for beginners, intermediate exercisers, advanced exercisers and people who are overweight. They are the best way to build whole body strength and focus on any weak areas that may come to light when you start exercising.

Power Hour is a full body workout to strengthen and tone your body. You are guaranted personal attention, motivation, support and results.

This group fitness class involves tracks which are designed with specific fitness goals.

Exercise bands are provided.
